Realty Access aims to invest in Leisure assets which do not just offer subscribers the option to experience some of the greatest holidays, but also makes sure that the properties we invest in are easy to liquidate and have the potential of an early exit. We therefore value our portfolio of holiday assets on a regular basis but at least every five year. And if the value of the combined assets is in excess of the target, Subscribers will be asked if they wish to route for an early exit.
If the Subscribers decide to exit early, Realty Access, together with the Trustee will sell off all assets and distribute the net proceeds between its’ active Subscribers as set out in the Articles of the company.
