As a Participant in Property Plus, you have a right to book weeks at a fixed, discounted user fee. As we always try to stand by our motto “Expect more…”, we offer you to make potential profits by renting out any unused, entitlement weeks for a higher price to any third party, should you decide not to use (some of) the weeks yourself. A Subscribers’ interest includes up to four 7 night periods of usage per year. You can book in any of our quality resorts. You can reserve your holiday on short notice or as far in advance as two years. However remember that your reservation is subject to availability. Therefore if you wish to book in a high demand area at a peak time, please allow plenty of time to book your holiday.
Each destination offers diverse activities such as golf, spas, beaches, skiing, hiking, fishing, sailing, equestrian activities and more. Privileges vary by destination and may also include access to local facilities. Accommodations are luxurious, and a quality concierge service is provided by your Property Plus' Personal Travel Concierge.
Absolutely, a Subscription can be held in an individual's name, married couple's name, or a legal entity such as a company or family trust, with a designated representative.
Unaccompanied guests over the age of 25 may utilise the holiday homes, if they have a guest certificate, issued by our reservation center on your behalf.
Property Plus maintains very high-quality holiday resorts and hotels. We understand and have budgeted appropriately for the periodic upkeep and maintenance required to maximize appreciation of the assets. Periodic inspections by our experienced property managers, as well as feedback from subscribers, guide necessary repairs and preventative maintenance.
New properties may undergo a design review by our design firm to assess needed alterations. Equal attention is given to interiors, exteriors and landscaping in order to keep the properties up to Property Plus' standards.
How can I get liquidity on my Subscription interest?
1. You can sell your Subscription after 24 months of ownership; or
2. We will sell the holiday homes beginning at the termination date of your subscription and distribute the proceeds as set out in the Articles of Association of Property Plus (International) Limited.
