Simply: At the end of the 25 years term, the management under supervision of the Trustees will liquidate the property portfolio and will return the Subscribers the net subscription value for which they participated. In addition they would receive the capital growth of their property share.

We bank some of the holiday accommodation within our property portfolio into the bank of weeks of DAE and you as a member can then request any week available within the system by just calling our reservation center.
Upon payment of the applicable booking fee, you will then receive a confirmation.
DAE is one of the world’s largest global exchange providers.
We offer all our Property Plus Vacation Club Members, Participants or Subscribers the option to holiday and stay in the accommodations for a small user fee, in order to cover the direct cost of occupation.

You can reserve a Bargain week from 6 weeks in advance of your departure date. Just contact the Property Plus reservation center for an updated list of available bargain destinations and resorts. Bargain weeks are available from just U$150. Bargain weeks are a “Bonus”, so booking a Bargain week will not reduce your Property Plus entitlement.
Discounted hotels:
As a Subscriber or Participant of Property Plus, You can also book discounted single or multiple hotel nights through our preferred supplier.
Book direct in over 718,000 properties worldwide, including many hotels, villas and other rental properties. Obviously the prices offered are higher than the booking fees of you normal Property Plus Vacation Club resorts and hotels, however for that one night at the airport, or the short business trip to Mumbai, London, Singapore, Paris, Madrid and many other cities we offer together with our supplier substantial discounts.
